Wade Research, Inc., is a professional consulting business, incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in November 1992, dedicated to providing cost-effective geochemical and oceanographic research services to a variety of private and public organizations.

Wade Research, Inc. (WRI) was founded under the guiding principles that senior consulting services for organic biogeochemistry and petroleum geosciences can be both cost effective and technically effective at the same time. With over 34 years of geochemical experience and 28 years of post-doctorate experience in chemical and marine sciences, WRI's Principal Scientist, Dr. Michael J. Wade, has conducted scientific investigations throughout the world. Concentrating on documentation of the impacts of humanity's activities on the world's oceans, Dr. Wade has completed professional assignments that have broken new ground in geochemical research.
